I sure love my sweets, especially chocolate! This chocolate pie sure hits the sweet tooth spot. It is so rich and decadent! The mixture of cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and chocolate is the perfect combo with the chocolate pie crust. I’m in chocolate heaven right now! ❤
The cast:
I used a store-bought chocolate pie crust to save on time.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate chips in a double boiler.
Mix softened cream cheese and mayonnaise with a mixer at medium speed until mixture is smooth.
Gradually add sugar.
Beat in eggs one at a time.
Add melted chocolate and vanilla.
Beat until smooth.
Pour mixture into chocolate pie crust and bake for 30-35 minutes.
Chill pie for 4 hours before serving.
The only thing that it’s missing would be some homemade whipped cream from my Frozen Hot Chocolate recipe. Yum! I hope this chocolate pie brings a little sweetness to your day! Printable below.

oh my goodness, this looks AMAZING! I’m not the greatest baker, but I really like this recipe and need to give it a try. Any tips for someone who is going to do this for their first time?

Thanks! It’s actually really easy! If you have a double boiler that’s the easiest to melt the chocolate, but you could easily melt the chocolate in a microwave in small increments and stirring each time until melted. Hope you enjoy making this!
